What happens at your appointment

Your visit starts with a facial assessment. Your injector looks at how your face moves at rest and with expression, then takes photos from several angles so the plan is based on your actual anatomy.

Treatment is brief and measured by area and movement pattern. Around 2 weeks later, a check-in can confirm how things settled; if an area is undercorrected, it can be touched up.

The consult is also where medical history, current medications, prior neuromodulator use, and your comfort level are reviewed. If Botox is not the right fit that day, the recommendation is adjusted before treatment starts.

Pricing

Botox $8/unit and Letybo $5/unit through September 30; $10 and $7 from October 1. Consultation is complimentary, and the $150 reservation fee holds your slot and is applied in full to treatment that day.

Typical, individualized at consult: glabella, or frown lines, 20 units; forehead 10-20 units; crow's feet 12-24 units total. A common frown plus forehead plan is about 30-40 units, which is about $240-$320 at $8 per unit.

Those ranges are planning examples, not a promise that everyone needs the same number of units. Stronger movement, asymmetry, prior treatment timing, and a softer first-time approach can all change the final plan.

Studio or mobile

You can come to the private Phoenix studio, with the exact address shared after booking, or request mobile service to your home or office. Mobile visits include a concierge fee and minimum treatment spend based on one-way distance.

The $150 reservation fee is separate from the concierge fee, and the reservation amount is applied in full to treatment completed that day. If you need to move the appointment, please use the 72-hour reschedule window so the slot can be reopened.

Botox or Letybo

Botox and Letybo are both botulinum toxin type A neuromodulators used to soften targeted muscle movement. Letybo is a newer FDA-approved neuromodulator, and onset and duration are broadly similar for many clients.

The main practical difference at ALUXÉ right now is price. Your injector recommends the product and dose at consult based on your goals, anatomy, and treatment history.

If you have used a neuromodulator before, bring the product name, approximate dose, and date if you know them. That context helps the injector understand what worked, what felt too strong, and what should be approached more conservatively.

Who does your treatment

Your treatment is performed by a licensed RN injector under a physician collaborative agreement. The goal is natural movement control, not a frozen look.

That means the appointment starts with assessment, not assumptions. Your dose is planned around how your face moves and what level of softening makes sense for you.
